Systemic Psychotherapy

Systemic Psychotherapy is a therapy that looks at how our relationships and surroundings shape the way we feel, think, and behave. It explores how family, friends, and wider communities influence our experiences. A systemic therapist helps people, whether individuals, couples and families to understand patterns in their relationships in a non blaming way,  building on strengths and finding new ways to support each other.

NICE guidelines recommend involving families in many areas. Some include, Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Psychosis and eating disorders.

If you are unsure whether this is the right approach for you, and to see if we are a good fit for each other, I am happy to have a free 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss your situation.
