About me

I am a Systemic Psychotherapist and Family Therapist.

I have had the privilege of meeting many people with different life experiences in the 10 years working in the healthcare sector, for charities, the NHS and alongside this, privately.

I have worked with people who have experienced trauma, have diagnoses of ADHD, Autism, Learning disabilities, Psychosis and other mental health difficulties.

I have experience working in adult and Child and Adolescent Services  at various stages of recovery, both on acute wards and in the community and at present CAMHS.

As an Occupational Therapist I have worked alongside people and their families to help them be as independent as possible. This has included exploring sensory and environmental needs in various settings to aid access to education and other settings.

I have a particular interest in supporting families with the areas of gender and sexuality and LGBTQIA+. I am a firm believer in helping people and families to achieve their full potential in a sometimes disabling world.
